Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Carriers

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account at elevenvitality.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us at care@elevenvitality.com or 844-VITAL11 within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a carrier claim and ship a replacement. If your tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work the claim with you.
Address Changes & Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us immediately at care@elevenvitality.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
