We believe everyone should be able to access the information, products, and services offered on elevenvitality.com. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we continually work to improve the usability of our website for all visitors. Eleven Vitality is committed to making elevenvitality.com accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We strive to design and improve our website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we work on

We focus on a few specific areas:

  • Keyboard navigation. We aim to ensure that links, buttons, forms, and menus are accessible using a keyboard.
  • Screen-reader support. We work to provide descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, properly labeled forms, and a logical heading structure.
  • Contrast. We work toward maintaining sufficient color contrast consistent with WCAG recommendations.
  • Resizable text. We strive to ensure that content remains usable when text is enlarged.
  • Plain language. We try to write in everyday words. When we use a medical term, we explain it.

We periodically review our website and make improvements where needed.

Where we fall short

Accessibility work is never finished. A few areas we know about:

  • Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we know there may still be areas of the website that can be improved. If you encounter an accessibility barrier that we haven't identified, please let us know so we can work to address it.
