Returns
We accept returns of new, unopened, and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- A proof of purchase or order number is required.
For health, hygiene, and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a defective item,
- or the wrong product,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- your order number,
- a brief description of the issue,
- and photos of the product and packaging, if possible.
We'll review the issue promptly and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Please include:
- your order number,
- the item(s) you wish to return,
- and the reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as we may be unable to process unauthorized returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- our error,
- a damaged product,
- or a defective item,
Eleven Vitality will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale items (if marked as such)
- Any item not in its original condition for reasons unrelated to our error
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we'll do our best to cancel it.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow this Return & Refund Policy.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item (if applicable) and place a new order.
