This Cookie Policy explains how Eleven Vitality uses cookies and similar tracking on elevenvitality.com. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle the personal information we collect.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website saves to your browser. They help the site remember you between visits, keep you logged in, hold items in your cart, and tell us which pages people actually use. Some cookies come from us. Some come from services we work with, like Shopify, Google, and Meta.
What we use cookies for
We group our cookies into four categories:
Essential cookies. These run the cart, the checkout, your login session, and basic site security. The site won't work without them, so they're always on.
Analytics cookies. Google Analytics and Shopify analytics tell us which pages people read, how long they stay, and where they drop off. We use that to fix slow pages, rewrite confusing copy, and prioritize what to build next. We don't tie this data back to your name or email.
Advertising cookies. Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads use cookies to show our products to people who visited but didn't buy, and to people who look like our existing customers. You can turn these off in your browser, in your Meta ad settings, and in Google's ad settings.
Preference cookies. These remember things like your last-used currency, whether you closed a banner, and which products you viewed. They make the site feel less repetitive on your second visit.
Third parties we work with
The third-party services that may set cookies on our site include Shopify (the platform that runs our store and checkout), Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), Meta (Facebook and Instagram pixels), Klaviyo (email and SMS), and any review or chat tools we add later. Each of these has its own privacy and cookie policy.
How to control cookies
You have a few options:
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge each let you do this site by site.
- Use private or incognito mode if you don't want cookies stored between sessions.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences and adssettings.google.com.
If you block essential cookies, parts of the site like the cart and checkout will stop working. That's a browser limitation, not something we can override.
Do Not Track
Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. There's no industry-wide rule for what to do with it, so we don't currently change our behavior based on that signal. We rely on your browser settings and the opt-outs above.
Updates to this policy
We may revise this Cookie Policy when we add new tools or when the law changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will move when that happens. Material changes get an email or banner notice.
