Nothing on this site is intended to identify, manage, or replace treatment for any specific condition. How to read claims on this site
Our product pages, collection pages, and articles describe how ingredients have been studied and how they're commonly used in the published literature. We use structure-and-function language ("supports," "promotes," "helps maintain") because that's what the research backs and what the FDA permits for over-the-counter cosmetic and supplement-style products.
You will not see us say a cream "treats," "cures," or "prevents" any disease. If you read something that sounds like a medical claim, it isn't one. Reach out to care@elevenvitality.com if anything on the site is unclear and we'll fix it.
Talk to your provider before you start
Bioidentical hormones interact with prescription medications, with other hormone therapies, and with several health conditions. Before adding any of our creams to your routine, talk to your doctor, pharmacist, or another qualified clinician if you:
- are pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive
- have a personal or family history of hormone-sensitive cancers (breast, ovarian, uterine, prostate)
- have a history of blood clots, stroke, or cardiovascular disease
- have liver, kidney, or thyroid disease
- are taking prescription HRT, birth control, fertility medication, or any blood thinner
- are under 18
Stop using any cream and contact a clinician right away if you notice unusual bleeding, breast tenderness that doesn't resolve, swelling in one leg, sudden vision changes, severe headaches, or any reaction that concerns you.
What our creams are and aren't
Our creams are bioidentical, USP-grade, transdermal formulations sold without a prescription. They are not compounding-pharmacy products. They are not telehealth-prescribed HRT. They aren't a replacement for a relationship with a doctor.
People buy from us because they want a research-backed, OTC option in cream form. That works well for many people. It will not be right for everyone, and we'd rather you know that up front.
Research and citations
When we cite a study or a source, we link to it. The Royal Society of Medicine, peer-reviewed journals like the New England Journal of Medicine, and PubMed-indexed clinical research are our default sources. If you can't find a citation for something on the site, email care@elevenvitality.com and we'll either add the source or pull the claim.
Personal results vary
Reviews and testimonials on the site reflect the experience of individual customers. Hormone response is personal. Dosage, application site, cycle phase, age, body composition, and dozens of other factors shape outcomes. Your results will be your own.
