Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your products arrive safely. The carrier selected for your order will depend on your location and package specifications.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account at elevenvitality.com.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
- APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products.
Address Changes & Modifications
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address, contact us immediately at care@elevenvitality.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
